Why we built BackroomOS

Every tool a club can buy sells one room of the club. The ticketing vendor sells the turnstile, the CRM sells the sponsor pipeline, the website builder sells the shop window. The club in between, with a commercial side and no IT department, ends up running five of them with no shared record.

BackroomOS is that record: fixtures, supporters and sponsors held once, with modules for the rooms switched on as the club grows. It was built by people who have run football and rugby clubs off the pitch, and every module exists because somebody needed it on a Saturday.
